Its an upgraded version of our original RackBoss that uses X24 Techa unique dual-bushing design that reduces wear by over 50%. Its built for the big tires and wicked terrain that would sideline most rigs.

Boosted Durability with a Dual-Bushing Design: RackBoss 2.0 removes almost all unwanted internal play by using our X24 dual bushing design. With heavy-duty PTFE bushings positioned at both ends of the rack, the rack gear and tension spring are nearly motionless. Without extra play, you can ride harder with bigger, heavier upgrades and still see less wear than a stock Honda 1000R steering rack. That durability is boosted even more with the inclusion of a grease zerk that makes it easy to keep it running smooth.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods: Our steel swaged tube tie rods give you exceptional strength in a lightweight package. The flared-out design makes the 7/8″ diameter tubing even more durable. Plus the tie rod ends are made stronger to eliminate stocks biggest weak spot. With massive 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads, these tie rods rank among the industry’s toughest.
